Symptoms Scrape or rash over left eye

My kitten has what looks like a rash or a scrape above her left eye. It started out looking pink and irritated, that was 2 days ago. Today it looks like a scrape. She has no discharge from her eyes or nose. Gums are good and pink, she's eating and drinking well, and shes still playful. We are wondering if it sounds like our other kitten may have scrached her and it's inflamed, or if she might have caught something at the vet? Our other cats seem fine. Should she be kept away form the other cats until her vet appointment on the 6th or do think she will be ok with the rest of our cats? The oily like substance is the Neosporin that the vet tech at our vet said to use until her next visit. Having trouble posting a pic.

I'd watch it for now and use some of that neosporin on it. If it starts looking too inflamed, then take her to vet right away. Also, watch for it getting really pink, warm, and swollen.
