Cell Phones! Do you have one? Is it attached to you everywhere you go?

I have one but I'm forever leaving it in the car. I always forget to recharge it and most of the time forget where I left it.

Now my friend is never without hers. She always knows where it is and it's never died. It is her life line.

I do have a cell phone but very rarely use it anymore.

At one point for my old job I had a pager and a cell phone. When I left that job I scrapped the pager...will never have one again and more or less retired the cell.

If people want to talk to me they can call me at home.

I have a cell phone, mostly it is only for emergencies so I take it with me wherever I go.

Yes indeedy I do.

I never had the need for one up untill I was working midnights.... sleeping during the day, I had the ringer shut off on my phone so I could sleep...thus leaving the school to have to call my hubby if there was a problem.

No sense in that, when I am at home, just sleeping. So we got me a cell phone for that specific reason in 2004/5. That way the school could get ahold of me.

I got a new one at the end of last yr, from a new provider with unlimited txting. It's not attached to me but usually close, my hubby will txt me from work if he needs to but can't actually talk... I also use it for reminders, like a date book with appts in it.

I do use the new one more, as in at least 1 txt/day, and have gotten into the habit of not leaving it in the truck.

I do have one, but no, I only take it with me when I'm at work.
It's never turned off.

Both DH and I have cell phones and use them excusively. I do have a land line but rarely use it. My cell phone is always with me. But since the only person I usually call is DH or his folks, I never go over my minutes. We have free mobile to mobile and free long distance. We also have rollover minutes. So I have about 1000+ of those. And regardless what the commercial says, they do expire but it takes a year!

Hubby allowed ours to get turned off when he was unemployed and that was the end of the cell phone for us!

I do, but I can't remember the last time I even turned it on. I don't like talking on the phone.

I have a cell phone. It goes with me where ever I go. Since my cell phone doesn't have local phone numbers. I have a number for the city. I don't have to pay long distance to call my relatives in the city. They don't have to pay long distance to call me.

I have one but the minutes just pile up on it since I rarely use it. Nobody calls or texts me so I keep it for emergencies but that's about it.

Nope. No cell phone for me - I just have never seen the need.

My husband does have one, but he got it because he's doing a lot of travelling for work and needs to be able to check in with his supervisor and get directions and such. He tends to keep it on him whenever we're out of the house.

I have one that is always charged and with me. With my parents in their 80's, and 2 kids who are always all over the place, it's a necessity these days.

Yes, I have a cell phone. It goes with me wherever I go and is on most of the time I'm out of the house. There are times when it's simply courteous not to have it on, so it goes off, but it's still with me in case of emergency. Sure was nice the other week when DH left the headlights on in the ferry parking lot, and we came back the next afternoon to a dead battery -- auto club membership was pretty nice, too.

I don't use it all that much. Our plan allows us 100 anytime minutes a month for the two phones, and we normally use somewhere just under 60 between us.

I have one, but it doesn't get used much. I turn it on when I'm out and about and expecting a call, or if I need to make a call when I'm out. I have to carry a pager for work 24/7, so most people know to page me when they need to get ahold of me.

I don't take mine everywhere and often leave it in the car or at home. I don't use it much for ringing people, mostly just texting as it's much cheaper. I usually take it when going out just in case something happens and the car breaks down or something.
