So yesterday morning as I was leaving for work. I looked down into the stair well of our apartment. I have no idea what told me to look there, but I saw a very frightened cat trying to hide in the corner. I slowly approched and talked nice. She looked at me then talked to me. He body weight was fine so I knew she had not been out long. I got her to come out a little, but then she tried to climb under our door into the basement. Well in the process she cut her face. Then she warmed up to me a bit and came up by me. I asked around our appartments and no one knew who she belonged to. I got her close enough to find out that she was a girl and that she was front paw declawed. She followed me up the stairs and tried to get into appartment #8. So I knocked and asked if it was thier cat they said no, but wasn't I sweet for trying to find her home. So I decided I couldn't leave her out there. So I got a carrier, put her int he carrier & took her into my bathroom. She didn't like the other cats. I called into work, the proceeded to walk the neighborhood putting up signs. I talked to the people next door so they knew I had her in my appartment. Around 1 I had to leave to go to my internship. I came back & my neighbor asked if I had talked to the lady from next door. Well the lady came over & showed me a photo of her cat in her cell and sure enough it was her. Her name was Princess, but I was calling her Ellie May. As soon as she saw the lady she crawled right into her arms & off they went. I was thrilled, the woman was very thankful her kitty was safe. So all & all it was a good ending.

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Awwww, I love happy endings!
It was good you kept her safe till you found her home. Being declawed it would have been super scary if she had gotten outside.

I just wanted her to be safe & get home (as long as it was a good home). I know how upset I would be if I lost one of my kitties!
