This coming weekend I'm driving to Tampa for a TICA show, Will be showing our 6 month old boy, Meridian Secret Agent Man, in his 2nd kitten show.

He did very well at his first show at 5 months old, walking away as best bengal kitten in show. I sure hope we can get that lucky again.

He's a big boy, already 9 pounds.

Wish us luck! Below are a few recent pics. He will have professional photos taken at the show.

Good luck Nial - and is that REALLY a kitten??????

Jack's 8 months old now. He was a SOLID 8 lbs at 7 months old. Will have to weigh him - he's got to be 8 1/2 - 9 lbs now! We are feeding all of them a little more raw (chicken/hamburger) and its making a difference in muscle!

Yep, he's just a baby, but people who visit think he's full grown. He just got neutered last week. He's not going to be a breeder, just a pet.
You can see his jowls were just starting to come in.

I hope he continues to behave well. His sire absolutely hated the show hall.

Well my boy didn't do as well as I had hoped this time. It was a big bengal kitten class as usual and there were some very nice kittens competing.

Out of 12 rings, he got all 2nd and 3rd best of breed, about 50/50.

Even so, 2 of the judges liked him well enough to bring him back for finals.

He got 9th best all breed kitten and 3rd best speciality kitten.

Next show is July 11, 12.

That's still really good, Nial. Good luck for that show. My next show is this weekend - I think my girls are starting to get tired this is their 7th show since April!

Well at least he still got a few finals. Don't feel bad, in Jack's shows the judges wound up putting 2 or 3 Maine Coons in the finals in the kitten class.
