It's okay with me if you don't make the bed

Butzie informed me that not only was it okay not to make the bed when she is sleeping on it in the morning but that it is not an option to make it. She told me to get rid of my Mom's voice in my head talking about an unmade bed.
But, she expects it to be made for her afternoon nap.

Does she expect hospital corners?

Butzie has you trained real well doesn't she. Now my question: Does she mime these instructions or is it through ESP that you can hear her?

We are, as a species, relatively educable. She probably wouldn't say it in so many words, but you are probably a fairly rewarding student.

I am acing this course.

Zane likes to help me make the bed. I tell him he's a better supervisor than an assistant.

I make the bed when I get up but by the time I get home the top cover has been pulled down and it's quite obvious someone had crawled under and had a nap. Sometimes a space will appear on both sides of the bed - John says it is because Bijou is giving us equal time.

Nobody at my house has ever been a good bedmaker. I find the cats prefer it that way. I usually find them in the middle of the biggest wad of crumpled blankets curled up in a ball sleeping.

Now Butzie is lying on the sheets. I didn't make the bed this morning because it is the day I change them. But I can't change them because she is on them. Bad kitty.

Shark and Arwen love helping me with the bed-making, although they do get in the way at times.
