Has anyone seen it? I did a search and it doesnt look like it's been mentioned before so I don't think I'm double posting. It's on PPV now and I've been thinking about renting it one night. Seems to have pretty good reviews but I don't really recall Brad Pitt ever impressing me with his acting...I hate to waste money, even if it is only $5

Uhm...

It was good. I did enjoy it. Cate Blanchett is incredible. But...

I remember feeling that the movie was overly long. Every time Brad Pitt's character shows up in a new age period it's like "Hi, I'm Benjamin Button, let me re-introduce myself because you may not remember me." And after the first couple of times - it's like "I get it! He's getting younger! Move on!" And there are parts that just overly drag on for no particular reason.

If you read the original story this one deviates way off of it. Though I say it is better as the movie - kind of like Forrest Gump. Concept is good but the original is kind of bleh but the film is way better.

Also - the message they are trying to drill home gets so overworked that by the end you kind of don't care.

Though - the effects are incredible and the film does have a beautiful look to it.

Still - $5 with a nice bottle of wine in the comfort of your own home isn't a bad way to spend the evening.

I want to see that movie.
When I first got Cleo and posted her pictures here someone compared her wrinkles to that movie.
I had no idea what they were talking about.
I heard the movie is good.

I was long, but I didn't feel like it dragged really, I never found myself wondering when it would end. I liked it.
