Next to the World's Largest 6-pack
for Bijou.

We lost Raven
to Fibrosarcoma. Stimpy is prone to lumps and bumps that are benign. Right now he has a fatty lump by his tail that we haven't had to remove yet (it is under veterinary supervision).

I hope with all my heart that Bijou's is nothing.

My Bobber currently has breast cancer. She had a adnocarcinoma (I know spelt wrong) on her face that was removed about 2 1/2 years ago. She is ok from that just a bit of nerve damage which seems to have regenerated. She has had two masses removed from under her right front leg. All three of these masses were very hard to the touch. But she didn't and still doesn't like us searching for more masses. All the poking and prodding makes her testy.

Hoping Bijou mass is benign.

Sending for Bijou and
for you. You were there for me when I had to take Carly in for her lump. I'm hoping you get the same news I got (benign and nothing to worry about).

I hope Bijou is doing well..... I just checked into this post and hope you have had a vet look at it. It sounds like it could be something as minor as a cyst, but it is important to have a thorough examination. for Bijou....

With all you wonderful folks sending vibes it just has to be OK. Saturday seems so far away and I'm so impatient.

Been offline for 48 hours so just read this. I add my best wishes and lots of vibes for your handsome boy and pray it will all turn out well. I know just how you must be feeling and how frustrated you must be with the vet. Good luck with the new one that he can find the answer and treat it quickly.

I've been offline due to illness the past couple of days and I just now saw this! Linda I am so sorry and I'm praying it's nothing serious. Lots and lots of that everything is ok. I wish it was Saturday so you'd know something. That has got to be so hard waiting!
I hope the next few days fly by for you!

Good vibes going out.

How does it feel Linda? Hard? Soft? Have you done any internet research?
Could it be an infected bug bite or something? Poor little guy.

I didn't like the food advice I got from the vet that treated his eye so I'm trying yet another new vet. My BIL and SIL go to this one near us and they have been wonderful with their little miniature dachsund. They have already sent me an e-mail outlining an annual check-up offer they have that includes a myriad of things that are included in that plus if we opt to take it, there is another 10% off any other vet visits. They said in the e-mail that they were looking forward to meeting Bijou so they sound nice so far.
My Lucy dog had a lump that kept growing. They biopsied it and when they did all the fluid drain out and it was flat. It was benign, but it filled back up and I had it removed.

I'm leaning toward just asking them to remove it completely and now rather than later.
