Here's my two cent's worth....send the lump to pathology right away, even though it will be pricey. At least you'll have a definitive diagnosis, and you won't have to constantly worry and check for it to come back. If, God forbid, it comes back as something bad, you'll be able to treat it earlier and more effectively.

I switched. The vet I loved has moved from the clinic where I was going and it's quite a distance from us. I tried the Guelph Animal Hospital and they also have a cat only vet. I was impressed with the staff and the vet. Bijou was quite calm considering he was at the vet. The last place we went he would start growling, not that he would bite or anything, he just would get this low growl. He didn't do that at this new vet. The staff and the vet were petting him and he seemed very comfortable. He was curious and wanted to get down and walk around in the exam room but other than that he seemed A-okay.Originally Posted by Miss Mew
