We think we finally figured out Mojo's breed. She's not like the other cats. She squeaks and barks, she doesn't meow. She LOVES to play fetch. She plays too rough for the other cats. She runs to the door whenever we come home. She lays at our feet in the computer room and starts squeaking up a storm when we move to get up and gets SO excited when we do. Then we saw this thread that Natalie posted. Earl looked over my shoulder and said, "That's the same look that Mojo has!" Scary enough, it really is.

So we decided that Mojo is really a Puppy Cat!

They are a fun breed.
Definitely keep it interesting!

I forgot to mention that Mojo likes to give licky kisses too.
Not as slobbery as puppy kisses, but lots rougher on the skin!

I also have a puppy cat. Our dog, Duke, helped raise Monster. There were no other cats in my house. He fetches, steals socks, eats dog food (when Meowmy isn't looking), greets people at the door, has to investigate them & get loves from them, he hears the doorbell and is there waiting. When he sees someone who lives in my house pulling up and coming in, he get super excited. Ohh yeah, & he gives licky kisses too, and also licks hands, and sometimes feet. Feels way cooler than a dogs tongue (as a matter of fact, im so used to Monsters sandy kisses, dog kisses feel so weird to me!) Everyone in my house agrees he is part dog lol =]

I have one that is part monkey, part puppy dog, and part cat. Strange combo

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
A puppy cat!
I love it! We don't have one - all I know is that I thank the universe probably once a day that they don't have thumbs!

Bonnie is my personal puppycat. In fact, we just finished a nice game of fetch.
She doesn't know how to meow, either. One of her nicknames is Squeaker.

You need a polydactyl. Koko's brother is a polydactyl and he gets into all sorts of mischief with his thumbs. And speaking of Koko:

I saw Nat's post about the puppies and have to admit they look very much like my dog Lola. Lola's nickname is Lola Bean. Koko's (Mojo's long lost twin) nickname is Koko Bean. We call the 2 of them the Bean sisters. So that makes Koko a puppy cat also!! She does like to lick toes after all.

Actually, our puppy cat in the house is Stumpy. No doubt on that one. He even prefers dog food over cat food.

I keep remembering more Puppy Cat traits that Mojo has. She not only knows her name, she actually comes when she's called, and gets all excited when we call her. Just like a puppy when you call it when you're holding his favorite toy.

Honestly, we think she must have been raised around dogs. We don't know any of her history. She was rescued from a kill shelter in Wyoming and we adopted her (from the no-kill shelter that saved her) at 6 months. Like Monster, she really does have a lot of doggie traits.

Betsy, does that make Baby Bonnie a Bengul x Puppy Cat mix?

Amy, of course Koko is at least part Puppy Cat!
Even if she's just half of the Bean Sisters that makes it so.
