It's June! Texas TCS meet up - when? where?

Hello fellow Texans!!!

I couldn't find the old thread about our upcoming TCS meet up, so forgive me to place an additional one...
When is the meeting taking place, how do we go about it? Where should we meet, and who is coming?
Once we have set dates, we should probably make a list??

Carolina -contact Mike Blanche (mrblanche). I think he's the one who started the thread for this year's get-together.

It won't be June, I think, since we're headed out this weekend for a week's vacation.

How about all the north Texas area people posting dates they are free in July and August, and we'll try to work out a date.
