I'm thankful that Chris's snakes don't live too close (nothing personal Chris,......but I'm terrified of snakes, lol!)

all joking aside, I'm thankful to have hopped on the scales to find I've lost another three pounds!

I'm thankful for Ginger, the hard times would be rough without her, especially today...

I went into the side chapel at church this evening, needing to pray a bit, and was surprised to see that Adoration was going on, and that the Blessed Sacrament was exposed. That was a lovely surprise, but probably not one that anyone other than a Catholic understood.

I have been blessed with some amazing friends and people in my life, who helped me out a lot this evening, some of them probably without knowing. I'm also thankful for my parents, who are helping out with some things that they didn't need to. I may not always get along with them very well, but I do know that they love me, and are doing their best. I guess I can't really ask for more than that, even when they do make me upset.

I was able to trade shifts later this week with one of my coworkers, so I get to start my vacation a day early. Yay! The nice thing about it is that the change works out better for her as well.

I am thankful that I have not smoked in 38hrs
and the thankful part is for the meds.... I am not having any withdrawl symptoms right now. Sure at times I really want a cigarette, but I do not NEED one.

I'm thankful that, even if he's not working this week, my husband has a good job that he'll be going back to before the end of the month. I'm really glad to have that certainty in this day and age where so many people don't.

I'm thankful that it turns out my sister's leukemia hasn't progressed after all and it looks like she's still in the first stage of remission!

Not feeling too positive today, so....

I am thankful that my vet and I see eye to eye, and know that they will be honest and upfront with me as to whether my pup's time on this earth is done, or if she's still ok for a bit.

I'm thankful for everytime I hear her annoying bark as someone walks across the street. (yah, she's slightly overprotective of her front window).

I am thankful that she annoys the heck out of me when she jumps all over me as she's getting over-excited to go outside.

I'm thankful she's still here, today.

A positive Quote that I read from some place today my friend...

The most important thing I have learned over the years is the difference between taking one's work seriously and taking one's self seriously. The first is imperative, and the second disastrous.

I'm feeling positive today because I've got 5 cats that love me very much and a boyfriend that does too because he didn't wake me up when he left for work.

I am thankful that my family has a roof over their head and the cupboards and fridge have food in them.

Today I am thankful that even though today and the last 2 days have been bad and stressful, I still have not picked up a cigarette and don't intend on it either.

Cmon peeps, someone other than me should have stuff to be thankful about, keep on posting

This week has been awful for me, but I'm forcing myself to focus on the little positive things in my life so that my mind is not completely wrapped around the negative. It helps.

I am glad that my hubby is coming home, very thankful for a special someone listening to me whine last night, and thankful that my family is healthy.

I'm thankful for a great family. My sister is letting me bring three kitties to stay at her house this weekend even though she isn't a "cat person". I'm taking them to their first (and maybe last) cat show.
