I'm happy today because my little baby boy has been kicking up a storm lately! I love feeling his movement
Only 3 months to go!

Also, because my mom & brother are coming to visit for the weekend!

Gary got a good long nap in this morning AND I found out my mom won first in class for her applique quilt in the Birmingham Guild quilt show!

2wks and 3 days that I've been smokefree.

Through all the crap that has been going on these last 2wks, I am pleasantly surprised that I have not even thought of smoking.

Great Thread!!

I'm thankful for acing all of my tests this week!
I recently started back to school for Respiratory Therapy (neonatal & pediactrics) and wasn't sure how I'd do after having been out of school for a few years...but I've studied a ton, and so far so good!

I'm also thankful for the cute german shepherd pup that's sound asleep in my lap (well partially in my lap!!

There's no place like home
I'm thankful that even though it is 12:22AM and I'm still working (probably for another hour), that I still have a job.

I'm thankful for the yummy spaghetti DH made me for dinner after I had a crown put on my tooth this afternoon.

And I'm thankful for my dog Sam that is sitting at my feet, looking up at me with love in his eyes.

Great job! You really should be proud of yourself!

I'm thankful for TCS and the wonderful people here. It feels so homey and a lot of my stress just melts away when I see all the familiar threads and comments by people and the siggies and I just love it here. I'm sad my computer was down for so long and that I couldn't be here. I know I'm not really a valued member here probably because I've been on and off but I really love you guys.

I think you'd be surprised. You're valued by at least one person that I know of

I just sent an email in to drop the course I was planning to take this summer. I'm feeling a little bit guilty about it, but already feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I've decided to take a "me summer" in order to get out of the funk I've been in lately.

So, I'm thankful that today I am reading a good book, and for once, am not feeling guilty that I should be doing something else!

I've been trying to send you a pm, but you have them disabled. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support and kindness you've given me through this difficult time.

I am overwhelmed with emotion at all the members here who were pulling for Pax, and know how hard this is. For all the support I've been given, you guys really don't know how much it truly means to me. For that I thank you, each and every one of you....the pm's, the gifts, the thoughts in Pax's memorial piece.

I am thankful for the members of TCS who have been supportive and there for me, even when its just a virtual hand on my shoulder while I'm crying.

I'm thankful I got cigarettes today.
Cravings are awful. I know this isn't the best for me, but I can't lie, I am so relieved.

I'm thankful for this forum and the people in it. Always!

I am so happy I got to have a wonderful day today. I had class, then worked out- I jogged, and spent the evening with my friends, we went to see Bill Maher live and had dinner and conversation - it was an awesome day!

I'm grateful I found my nose ring. . .it came out while I was sleeping and I found it in the sheets. I thought I had lost it forever because it's so tiny.

I'm very thankful I got to see my grandmother.

I'm happy because we made it to the bank today!

And Chris? Your motivatonal quote of the day got a big smile out of me, so there's another smile for ya.
