Hello,

first I have to tell you, that 20 years ago - when I left school - my english has been much better.
In Germany I join the forums of katzenzentrale.de, which also is a cat forum. There I met a lady who advised me this forum. AND here I am

I hope to improve my english here and I hope my son will learn about the importance to learn english (he's not so good in school). He allready found the games in this forums and joins them.

I work in an office in Berlin/Germany as clerk / administrator - I'm not so sure if this is the right word.... In private life I'm a single mother of an 17year old son and breeder of traditional siamese cats. In german they're called Thai-Cats. This time our F-litter is 13 weeks old, and I hope to find good homes for four of them - one stays with me.
We also have some household cats, one from Germany, the other three we brought with us from vacation in Spain.

Well, if you'ld like to know more about us, don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome to one of the best (if not the best) site on the internet.

You will find us to be a lovely, caring group of people. We have members from all over the world and enjoy their thoughts and ideas.

We also love seeing pictures of everyone's beautiful fur babies so please post pictures of your beauties in Fur Pictures. I personally am a lover of the Traditional Siamese as you can see from my signature.

Well, this time I have not much spare time. On saturday we go to a cat exhibition and one week later my son travels with 22 other pupils from his school to Hungary (there are about 180 teens in his year and they have chosen those who are the friendliest), oh I'm so proud to have such a kind boy XD

But I posted some photos here.

Hallo und Willkommen auf die TheCatSite.com ! Ganz toll ist es,mit jemenden aus Berlin "sprechen"zuduerfen! Ich finde,du sprichsst echt gut Englisch!

Hi there! I`m sorry if my german is sub-par.It`s been since the 1980`s since I really spoke/wrote/read it on a regular basis.Your Thai-Cats sound really exotic. This site is new for me too but the members here are very friendly and have been giving me some good advice(brand new kitten owner here).

I am not exactly sure,Siam. I`m pretty sure she still has her baby teeth though. I`m inexperienced with cats and do not know how to judge her age.

Welcome to TCS.
I have a friend in South Dakota that is from Germany.
I also now some sphynx breeders that speak German.
I think some of them show in Germany.
I will ask them.

Did you already ask the vet?
Normally kitten change their teeth with about 5 month. The vet can tell you if she has her baby teeth or not. I had a simular problem with my Melissa. I found her in Spain in a garbarge dump. The vet calculated her age very good, I think.

Now I have to prepare my tomorrow journey - I travel to Hamburg (about three hours from Berlin) to a cat exhibition.

Hello from England!!!

My name is Kitty and I have three domestic short hairs, Amadeus, Symphony and Nefertiti (so hello from them too)!

I learnt some German in high school so I can say Hallo wie gehts? (I probably spelt it wrong).

I'm a little partial to the traditional siamese! I think they have such an elegance to them!

You brought three cats back from a holiday in Spain? You sound like my kinda person!
!! Welcome !!

Thanks!
Of course, I'm very proud.
On thursday they told us at a parent-teacher conference, that we have to bring our kids to the airport (which is far away!) latest at 5:30 in the morning. This time it's impossible to go by train. The problem is: We are not early birds!

Welcome! I'm from Europe too.
If I'm lucky, I'll be making a trip to Germany later this year to pick up a kitten! *fingers crossed*

You have very pretty cats! I must say that I prefer Thais over the 'modern day' Siamese.
