After reading the great article in kitten "Night Crazies" here on TheCatSite I am trying the play-eat-groom-sleep combo. Right now I have two kittens completely knocked out and blissfully dreaming.

I tried this yesterday and it was great for 3 hours, but at about 2am they started up again. And while they are making me hopeful for at least 6 hours sleep, I have a feeling they will wake up again. At that point do I do the play-eat-groom-sleep combo again or is there something else to try?

Our solution: Kitties now sleep in the back room/bathroom with food, toys, beds, and a scratching post. We wear earplugs.
It is much better for everyone this way...and we just started doing this 3 days ago after almost 6 months of sleep deprivation.

I'm trying to kitten proof the office for that reason. AAAAAGH! SLEEP! I MISS YOU SOOOOOOO! LOL - but I wouldn't trade my babies for anything in the world, including the softest, coziest bed ever. Unless they were in it too.
