I had one of my staples of linguine and meatballs, salad and garlic bread.

Tonight it's chili dogs...again! But this time the chili is made from scratch, so much better than canned chili!

It's a soup type of day here today dreary, damp and chilly. So, I just finished making a pot of Homemade Cream of Mushroom soup and some biscuits to go along with it.

MMMM, I love soup! But it's hot and sunny at 90 degrees here so I'm grilling some brats and I guess I'll fix a salad with it.

Pasta of some sort -- either a noodle casserole with immitation crab, or something with our favourite little tomato/basil sauce -- depends to some extent on whether the basil is ready to part with more leaves yet -- it's not long since I pinched it all back, and it has begun bushing out, but I don't want to rush it.

I am getting take out after I go to the store with my mom. I am really hungry right now though but if I eat too much before I go then I don't want to shop.

Yeah this one went to over 1,000!
and I know it wasn't started again the first 1,050 pages or something seem to have gone and the last 5 or so were remaining. I think it's a good idea though. Maybe more people will share their menus with us now?

I split off a little over 1000 posts and closed that part of it.

I have marinated chicken waiting to be cooked, but we had a real late lunch and Aaron is out mowing the grass right now. I think it will just be frozen pizza.

Hey don't rub it in! Send some of that heat our way, I'm sick of these grey skies.

Linda!

Tonight we had burgers and fries, washed down with some interesting beer DH got a buddy to pick up while in Quebec. For dessert I have ripe pineapple and melon waiting to be eaten, but I think chocolate biscuits will win out instead.
