Pita pockets with Greek seasoned ground beef and tomato and cucumber and tzatziki. Cherries or blueberries for dessert.

I felt like cooking so I had Tilapia (fish) with a coconut, mango, and papya coating; corn on the cob; and a baked potato. Not sure what I'll have for dessert. Maybe some watermelon or some fresh pineapple later this evening.

I made homemade spaghetti & sweet tea (with salad/etc) tonight.
My sweet little 2nd cousins are in town from Oklahoma this week so I invited them and my aunt over for supper. We had a really good time!
I don't get to see them too often, so I love to have them over when they're in town!

I had bbq ground chicken with this butter/chive/garlic/sour cream stuff on top...yummy! With a salad and some bbq potatoes. Peach ice cream for desert.

Lots of good ideas here!
Tonight we're having tuna steaks, but I haven't figured out the sauce yet.

If I feel like firing up the BBQ, it'll be pork cutlets. There's also a remote possibility that a friend of ours may be with us for dinner, and if that's the case, I think I'll offer him an option: Toad in the Hole. It came up in conversation last week just after we'd had it, and he practically wet his shirt drooling over the thought -- apparently a favourite from his childhood. I know I wouldn't get any argument from Rob, either.
Either way, there's a ton of scarlet runner beans -- they have come on with a vengeance, so we'll be eating lots of them for the next while.

Its a toss between crumbed chicken on a beetroot and walnut salad, or roast chicken with the lot, i think ill stick to the roast chicken as i dont have to do much!

We are doing hamburgers on parmesan garlic kaiser rolls with homemade coleslaw. The coleslaw is a little different from my usual, I used cabbage (duh), red apples and walla walla onions.....man is it YUMMY!!!

Oooo! Lucky you!

I'm making angel hair pasta with clam & mushroom sauce. A green salad with that, with fresh, locally grown veggies! Maybe some rolls, but maybe not. I think the salad and pasta will be enough.

Gosh it's not even 8:30 in the morning yet and I am already craving taco's. So I guess that's what it is going to be for me tonight.

Something on the BBQ. (It's St Swithun's Day and a gorgeous one, so I think we need to celebrate summer some more.) Likely chicken -- maybe wings. Probably should go and refill the spare tank, though -- we're probably good for a while yet, but we've been doing a fair bit of BBQ, and I wouldn't want to overestimate what's left and run out mid-cook without backup.

Wings require a nice big salad. Check. And either blueberries or mango for dessert. Check.
