Southwest announced on Friday that they will now allows pets in the cabin. And the good news is that you're allowed up to 2 cats (or dogs) per carrier as long as the bag fits under the seat and the cats are able to move comfortably. I think most carriers have a one passenger one pet rule, no?

I frequently travel from Mexico to the U.S. to visit my family, and as far as I know it is a one passenger one pet rule.
So this is great for you all!

AA offers the same thing but the catch is you have to buy the container from them (at greatly inflated prices.)

I don't think Bugsy would fit comfortably under the seat... He is a pretty big boy... I think you need to have a pretty small cat to fit under it, actually.

You do. They must fit under the front seat.

My cats, themselves, could fit there, although they'd have to fold up a bit...not sure about in a carrier, though.
