Please help eliminating problem

My cat will use the litter box somtimes, but @ 6am sharp wherever I am sleeping he will pee. Bed couch it doesnt matter. He poops in the litter box, but sometimes he still poops outside of it. He is 10 weeks old.

I really like this kitten and do not want to have to get rid of him. Please help.

When was his last visit to the veterinarian? How accessible is the litter box? What type of cat litter do you use?
Your kitten should have access to the box 24/7 and he should be able to easily jump in and out of it. Always keep the box clean by scooping at least once a day. Finally, rule out any health issues by visiting your vet.
