So Emotional..

I've just read about Legume(sp) in the Paws and Reflect forum. I was overcome with emotion. I read the story over three times. Once to myself, and once to Craig, and then to myself again. I cried and cried and cried.


Then I went and picked up Jake, and just hugged him, petted him, and held him. I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost one of my boys, and just thinking about it is making me cry.

It was as if Jake knew that I was crying and was upset, because he just snuggled and purred and licked. I pray that the day they leave me will be so many years from now.

I agree that Legume's story is really sad. He sounds like he was such a sweet kitty, and he was soooo cute!!!!
Besides reading his story in the Paws and Reflect forum, I have also read his story on Bendy's website, which gives a lot more detail about what poor Legume went through. He was very lucky to have had Bendy as his kitty-mom.
