Father Bites his son's eye out!

This happened here the last of April. This "father" deserves what ever he gets when he goes to prison.

Stories like this are why I could never be a police officer, the man wouldn't live long enough to make it to court.

Can someone tell me what the reasoning is behind child services NOT taking the child away when the parents do drugs like the article states? They seriously WAIT until there is major physical abuse such a broken bones?! When both parents have warrents for drugs and the child is still in their custody, there is something wrong.....

I had the same thoughts. CPS fumbled big time.

I guess there's so many levels of drug taking that don't necessarily equate to bad parenting, and nowhere near enough homes to put the kids in. Better for the kids to be in their own home, with sometimes whacked but in most cases, otherwise loving parents then shuffled round in the state system.

These cases are always going to happen unfortunately. Poor kid

I agree 100%. There's so many people out there having kids who shouldn't be, there should be an application to be filled out before you're able to reproduce.

Didn't the article say the mother failed to take a drug test or something? Maybe they were trying to work something out. I don't know.

There is an update on the boy's vision in his right eye. HE CAN SEE!!!!! As the eye heals his vision is coming back! He won't have to completely blind the rest of his life!

Not only should he be in a psycho ward, jailed for life, he also needs to be neutered! That is horrible!
