goodbye to Chelsea 18, and Mitzi 16

I lost Chelsea, who was 18, to Heart Failure. We had her for over 15 years, and then we lost her best friend Mitzi, who was 16, a week later. This is the first time in 16 years that they haven't been our big bed. I feel like me heart has broken and will never be the same again.

I am so sorry for your losses - and I hope time will heal the empty spaces in your heart, as you remember all those years of love you had together.

Oh my goodness, a double shock for you, i'm so sorry I just can't imagine losing one never mind two so close together, it's tragic.

Chelsea is now reunited with her best friend Mitzi at the bridge which is a comforting thought

I'm so sorry to learn of your losses. I can't imagine losing 2 furbabies so close in time. I do feel that they are together over the rainbow bridge though, and that is a good thing for them - to have each other to hold onto.

I am so sorry you lost both cats in such a short time. It sounds like Mitzi just couldn't go on without her best friend, Chelsea.

Rest in peace, Chelsea and Mitzi.
