Evening All!!

Just a request for a couple of feel better vibes.

I wasn't feeling to perky when I got up this morning, and things continued to get worse that I had to leave work about 2.

Guess it is the stomach flu, very nauseated, my back is aching like crazy and I think I may be running a bit of a fever.

Spent most of the afternoon from about 3-7:30 napping and just got up to try some tea and crackers which may or may not be a mistake we'll see.......

Heading back to bed momentarily am hoping that I feel better by morning.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
Spring/summer flu is the worst. Bronchitis knocks me out for weeks - but the flu is like that condensed into like 3 days with that just total "can't get comfortable."

you can get comfortable enough to get lots of sleep and that you feel better tomorrow!

Hoping you feel better today.

I usually don't get sick in the winter but in the spring and it seems to be worse that if it was the winter.

For what it's worth, there's no such thing as "stomach flu" or "24-hour flu." Those are both almost invariably food poisoning.

Keep an eye on your temperature, your hydration, and your nausea. If it gets significantly worse, definitely see a doctor; this is nothing to play with!

Oh, and get better quickly!

That's for the vibes everyone....

I think I am on the mend but it's hard to tell. I certainly feel like I have been run over by a truck.

My temperature is down, it was quite high during the night but my stomach and back are still very sore. I spent most of the day just resting and drinking as much fluids as I could manage. I am thinking about trying some toast for dinner but we'll have to see I don't feel much like eating.

Most likely just head back to bed shortly and hope for a better day tomorrow.
