I'm getting married!!

My boyfriend of over a year finally proposed to me this past weekend. I'm excited and happy I do have one regret though, my dad isn't here to see it but I know that he is watching from heaven. Oh and btw.. I've been smoke free for 2 months now

Well we decided to take some time apart because we both wanted to be absolutely sure this is what we both wanted. We reunited this past weekend and he popped the question. He said he is absolutely sure this is what he wants and I couldn't agree more.

We are going to wait a bit. We are both having some financial difficulties right now, so we are going to wait until we get that settled.

We waited as well I think from engagment to actually getting married was 3yrs.

Don't worry. DH and I dated (and broke up twice) before finally getting engaged after 6 years! Of course, at that point it was a very short engagement... something like less than 9 months.
