I am going away for a couple of days tomorrow, and the kitties will stay away for the first time... It's just one night away, so I am not that concerned about it...
Here is my question: Hope, my foster girl, has been here for a week. She has full roam of the house, and gets along wonderfully with both Lucky and Bugsy... She does eat kitten food though, which is the reason for my dilemma. Bugsy LOVES her food, and he does NOT need to gain any weight right now. Hope's kitten food is in the bathroom; while Lucky's and Bugsy's is in the living room. They both have automatic feeders, so running off food is not an issue.

Here is the question: Do I lock Hope up for these couple of days, so Bugsy doesn't eat her food?

Or... Do I leave her out and about, and let Bugsy feast on Kitten food?

What would you do? I am leaving monday morning, and coming back Tuesday afternoon.
Thanks!

It's only 1-2 days, I'd let them all eat kitten food.

Another vote for kitten food. I think stress wise it will be easier on them to let them share space instead of locking someone up.
