Farrah Fawcett's death is imminent.

From everything on the news, her life can be measured in hours.

She fought a brave fight and did it with such grace.

My thoughts and prayers are with Ryan and their son Redmond.

Her anal cancer returned and spread to her liver last year. She was told that it was inoperable. She decided to do unconventional treatments in Germany last year as a last ditch effort.

She had her whole cancer journey filmed as a private diary. She's now allowing that filmed documentary to be released in the hopes that it helps other cancer patients. I think it will be aired this weekend actually.

I didn't even know she had it?. It's because theres too much sadness in the world that i don't really watch too much news, only breakfast news

I've never heard of anyone that's had anal cancer before?

According to this article, it is airing tonight (Friday) on NBC.

Article

I see it on my online TV Guide on NBC. It's at 8:00 pm (CDT) and it's called "Farrah's Story"

Yesterday on Larry King, it was revealed that Farrah doesn't know that her son Redmond is in jail and charged with drug possession. He did get special permission to go and visit her. But he was in leg irons and wrist chains while he was visiting her. Ryan apparently told him "don't rattle your chains" when he entered into the room and laid down in the bed with her to hold her.

She's heavily sedated now from what they are reporting on Entertainment Tonight.

CSI is on our "Living" channel. I've just looked and theres nothing showing here yet, but it may get shown on the Biography channel at some point so i'll watch out for it.

I looked at future days. Some of the shows on NBC here are:

Law and Order (all 3 shows)
30 Rock
Entertainment Tonight
The Tonight Show
Dateline NBC
Southland
Saturday Night Live
Medium
The Office

Maybe one of those shows will help you locate the channel. CSI doesn't seem to be on NBC. It's on CBS here.

I have a new found respect for Ryan O'Neal. He has really stood by her, even though they were no longer a couple. She was such a wonderful actress...she was so convincing in "The Burning Bed" and "Small Sacrafices". My heart goes out to her family.

He was sick with Leukemia in 2001 I think. She was there for him too. I think they were semi on after that. But it was her cancer diagnosis in 2006 that reunited them.

He has said that she is the love of his life and by the sounds of things, he was her's too.

I'm sure there will be a movie made about their life together. It's quite rare to have a relationship in Hollywood stemming 30 plus years, even if there were bumps and rifts in between.

I missed it tonight but I'm going to check and see if it's on YouTube tomorrow. I was never a big fan of hers (actually, it was because I was jealous of her hair in the 70's) but she has been so courageous through this that she's grown on me. Such a horrible thing for ANYONE to go through.

Many prayers being sent for her, her family and friends, that her passing is peaceful.
