The plan seems we will be adding a kitten from Ginger's litter to our household. The boys Jack and Harley currently eat three meals a day a dry/wet meal in the morning and two raw meals in the evening.

How in the world do I handle feeding a kitten amongst this all?

Raw is easy just feed 4-10% of body wt per day ... or on ave what the adults eat ie say your 10lb kitty eat s 4 oz your 2 lb kitty would likely need 3-4

canned is simliar to raw basically up to triple what the same size adult would eat ... ie 10 lb adult 5-10 oz so a 5lb kitten 5-10 oz

dry most are free feed so if you cant or wont use the above

How often would I need to feed the kitten wet or raw?

The bummer is that I have been part-time work for a year and when the kitten is ready to leave mom I will be back to full time work (thankfully, one of the reason's we can add a third).

I would do a minimum of three feedings ...Hopefully a resident kitten expert will chime in but IMHO 6 small meals would work for a under 6 month if you can

They will be adopted out and if all else fails will head to the local no kill shelter--that actually is in the process of moving to a brand new state of the art facility.
