Hello, I have a 13 year old cat, that is completly white but not an alvino cat, she was neuter when she was 1 year old. so she'd never had kittens. recently my cat starts cleaning herself, and in the lower part of her stomach she is pulling her hair, so she is bold down there. we cannot take her to the vet because she really hate people outside my family, she is a indoor cat, she's never been outside of our home, and she is not in contact with other animals, so i dont think its a flee problem, and we feed her with high quality food. i really don't know whats happening to her, and the last few months she has been behaving really nice to the family wich is weir for her. please if someone knows something please help me. thank you very much

She needs a vet ... it could be something like anal glands or allergies but only a vet is qualified ... Maybe you can call and find a vet who will come to you so she is less stressed

Welcome to TCS!

I personally think, even if she doesn't do well with people outside the family, a vet visit is of the utmost importance. Her behavior change (becoming more friendly), plus the over-grooming (why she is bald) to me says something could well be wrong. At her age, she could have any one of a number of age related health issues that if caught early enough can be treated.
