We got them a cat tree!

DH bought a cat tree for Speck and Daisy. Daisy loves it. She is a regular acrobat anyway. The bad news is, she won't let Speck near it. She thinks it's exclusively her toy. I haven't been home to see the reactions, but DH reports a cat fight of record preportions.

Daisy sounds like Fiona. I hope Speck is like ReeRee and ignores her. ReeRee has gotten so used to her crowing at him that he just figures he'll do what suits him best.

This must be a girl thing Constanzia often growls at Amadeus if he picks up one of "her" toys. Oh and she wont let him ever get in "her" precious box.
Cat trees are great fun for cats. I used to have one for mine, I found once the one hogging it fell asleep on it, the others could go and play!

Daisy climbs on it, turns flips, and sits on the curved "seat" on top like a queen. Speck is too huge for it. I guess it's just as well, since she's not willing to share.

i haven't had this problem..mostly 'cause I'm too poor to afford a cat tree :< so little Simon will have to settle for jumping onto my computer monitor xD;
