Hey All, I think it time for those babies to come..I went an picked CeCe up a few hours ago(she was on my bed as i was trying to make it..lol) and when I did I put my arm underneath her bottom and there was blood soI assumed it would be her mucus plug??
So I have her in our basement with her nexting box(large suit case , she picked it and even added her own blankets on top of what I had put in there) and she has been very affectionate with me and my son..I can see the kittens moving in ther like little savages.
She got in her box but would only stay in there at first if I was next to her and petting her..She is in there now while I am on the couch next to her and she is on her side and I can she her tensing up as those she is having a contraction and she is hissing..is the hissing normal?? Everything else seems to be right on par with what I hae read..any other suggestions for after she has them?? I am sooo freaking nervous..HELP!!!!

First, calm down. Every cat is different and she may hiss through the pain. HOWEVER if the first kitten starts to crown in breech don't jump in, wait a moment or two and see how mom handles it.

Hissing may just be her way of screaming in labor pains. I've had fosters who are totally quiet, and you don't know there are babies till you hear the newborns cry, I've also had mothers who scream bloody murder just for the sake of it.
