dont know if its the right forum

Flash has started to cough again only its not like the last time this time its like shes sneezing at the same time is the only way i can describe it (for those that cant remember flash ate something a while back needed an op to remove it, only thing that made us aware there was a problem was with her coughing)

its not all the time first time it happened was monday gone so that was what 6 nearly 7 days ago, she is eating fine (unlike last time) drinking fine (again unlike last time) playing fine (very much unlike last time) now its just turned spring which is her first so could it be a touch of hay fever or possibly asthma or even just a hairball, im gonna take her to the vets for a check up also, i cant be to careful with her

That is good you are going to the vets.
I have a cat that is coughing and its bronchitis with allergies.
I also have a cat with asthma.
Would you want to see a video of a cat with asthma?

What? No one is going to try to completely write this off as harmless play, too?

Anyways, it's spring. Consider allergies as a possibility.

^I never said it was playing. I'm just a bit annoyed that people are suggesting ignoring problems instead of contacting a vet. It wasn't quite fair to you to comment on that here.

I have one that coughs, too. There's nothing I can do unless I want to keep him on a low dose of antihistamines all the time (which isn't ideal for a few coughs now and then). He has been checked out by vets for it, three times, all they can come up with is "he seems to have a bit of phlegm".... great a cat with post nasal drip.
Tomas only coughs when he's been laying down or if he's laying down and purring a lot. It sounds like a person clearing their throat.
I keep the house as clean as possible and if someone is outside mowing nearby I shut the windows.

Looks like you have your week planned. Calling the vet tomorrow morning, I suppose?

Maybe there's a bit of a misunderstanding? My last comment was only referring to how it looks like your cat has your week planned for you. That's happened to all of us when we least expect it.
I didn't know tomorrow was a holiday. We don't have the same holidays over here.

Have just spoken to the vet, and hey think i could just be a furball and wants us to try cat lax first and watch her for a couple of days then possibly take her in for check up because of her history
