The kittens seem to have a lot of orange-ish poo. Every time I go to feed them they have poo all over themselves and the blankets. Is this normal?

They both still have runny poo, is there anything I can do for this?

I'm honestly no real expert, but I think it's better that there's more rather than less. If you look at the KMR instructions, I think it may have a way to make it more thick, I think a bit less water, but I'm not positive...If you have a vet that you can call, that could be good, but as long as there active(for newborns), and eating I wouldn't worry all that much

A local rescue came and got them for me. I am soooo relieved as I am sick and just a little overwhelmed. They are such cute little boys and they will have a great chance now.
