Two kitties, applied Advantage on them about 90 minutes ago and I was separating them...but Josie, who was cordoned off in a hallway was crying so I allowed her back in the living room. Kept her from Dory her sister. Well, I caught Dory get maybe one or two licks off of Josie and clapped loudly. And now, I see Josie is pawing the ointment area and licking her paw.

Worries?

They add bitter stuff to it so they shouldn't lick it too much. The bitter stuff does cause drooling/foaming, so don't be too alarmed if you see that happen. But if they act sick---lethargic, poor appetite, etc.---get them to the vet ASAP.

Ugh..they're both sleeping on the cat tree. But since they were the at the vet today, they didn't get their usual late afternoon/early evening nap...I'll see if they play and eat tonight.
