I just knew something was going on with her. Vet gave her a new shot, an antibiotic that lasts for two weeks. No need to medicate her at home. She is going in on Monday to be spayed. I am so relieved. Now maybe I can concentrate on housework today! One thing off my mind. Its a good thing the babies are old enough to be apart for the day.

today. She is acting happier, talking to her babies, looking out the window at the birds, purring. That shot she got is a wonder drug. I am sure she is on the mend and on Monday we'll permanently put an end any further repro problems. Thanks for the vibes and support.

Good you were on your watch, and got help before things went real nasty!

this is a lesson. Coming with advices is good, but the owner must still use her own watchfullness and gut instinct.

My Meeko had that and everything worked out well in the end.
The vet gave her Clavamox then she had surgery 4 days later.
It was pyometra.
She had the open kind where the pus was coming out of her with a pinkish discharge.
Good Luck Monday.
