I couldn't open the link yesterday, so I just read the report today. I sure do hope that the citizens of Florida are willing to step up and make the state do what is right. Until they control the cat population the problems will continue and we know that killing cats does NOT control cat overpopulation. Why can't they just look at the research!!!!!! If they do...they will have to do what is right.

Unfortunately you just answered your own question. They want the easy solution, which is to just get rid of the cats. It couldn't be that the people encroaching on the wildlife is causing a decline in the population, has to be the cats.
