Question of the Day April 26th

Morning All!!

Today we have a cookie question

Do you have a favorite type of cookie?

My favorite right now is White Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts, followed closely by Pecan Crunches.

Chocolate chip, or snickerdoodle

Oatmeal Raisin or Oatmeal Scotchies!!! I also love Date Pinwheels, but the only time anyone ever makes them is at Christmas!

Chocolate chip, or butter cookies

store bought - oreo's (with milk)
homemade - macadamia peanut butter

Rob is the Cookie Monster ("Me like cookie") in this house, though he's content not to have them too often, so that he does not over-indulge. I think he would say Oatmeal Raisin. My Dad used to make them for him, and they became known as Cookie Monster Cookies. Me? I enjoy a cookie once in a while, and I guess my soft spot is still for a good basic chocolate chip cookie, though there are certainly others I'm not likely to turn down.

Has anyone ever made or eaten mince meat cookies? My MIL use to make some that were awesome.

and of course Tim Tam's - also toffee pops IMO they are better then tim tam's. Do you have toffee pops in the states?
