My vet perscribed a dental rinse for hailey's gingivitis called Oxyfresh. It's $28 for a bottle. On amazon.com there are bottles of C.E.T. for around $15. Anyone know if these are similar rinses?

Also, how is C.E.T. for toothpaste, tooth brushes, and dental chews? I'm thinking of stocking up.

I've used their chews... then my vet stopped carrying them. I guess no one around here cares enough to buy dental chews for their cats.

Anyways, my cats loved the dental chews. They're a lot different than any other supposed dental chew I've seen for cats and as far as I can tell did a pretty good job of helping clean their teeth. I would give them their chews around a half an hour after they ate.

I bought some greenies. One cat wouldn't eat them and the other swallowed them whole.

You can also get cet stuff from 1800 pet meds and similar sites.
