Being a former photo posting idiot myself, I knew exactly what you were talking about! Don't worry, if I can do it, anyone can!
Hey, Blondie, I think we all had troubles at first. I know I did--and I still have them occasionally--I've only been on for a little bit, though.
Like I said in the other post, photos are a nemesis of many people. I know it took me a few MONTHS to figure out how to post pictures, so you're in quite good company of the formerly-photo-challenged.
