I've been told he's chatty when he's demanding to be held, or protesting not being able to go outside. What's for certain though, is that he's been a huge troublemaker since he was a kitten! She loves him to pieces, though, and he's VERY spoiled.
It's obvious he's recounting one of his trouble making adventures to you. "So, this one time, I blah blah blah, and yadda yadda. Like totally yadda blah. OMG, I got in so much trouble!"
