I don't think that the appellate court could be right in overturning criminal convictions for selling animal torture videos. I put dogfighting, "animal crushes "(women in heels stomping on puppies & kittens) in the same category as child pornography. If those monsters who sell, and those who possess, such garbage have the right to allow that trash to exist, then we should have the right to publicly protest them, at their job, their house, put their pic up on billboards, etc....after all, it's our freedom of speech, too

The fact that this law was ever “under considerationâ€, let alone struck down, makes me yearn for the end of the human race; to be superceded by something where compassion is more the norm than the exception.

I don't get it. Dogfighting is illegal in all 50 states and a felony in most states. Furthermore, more and more states are passing laws in recognition of the connection between animal cruelty and cruelty to humans.

What is there to even decide?!?

There is no way on earth that that decision will not be overturned. That is just WRONG.
