Does anyone have experience with cleaning kitty poo and puke out of Nature Stone floors? Stuff always gets stuck between the little stones...it is the worst possible flooring to have with cats.

Didn't know what it was so I looked it up. Yikes!!! That is a bad floor to have with critters!! Where is it installed in your home?

I suspect that you have to get it totally saturated with water and blot up the gunk between the pebbles.

Did you read about cleaning the floor on their web site? It talks about cleaning it with their special pressure washing floor scrubber, or using a carpet shampooer on it.

In the basement, which, unfortunately, is where the cats spend most of their time.

I don't know if that's possible since the floor's constructed to prevent flooding...it might push the crap further down into the stones...but I will try it in a small area.

Yes, though I don't really want to buy their pressure washer unless as a last resort...I did email the company a few months ago asking for cleaning suggestions and warning them that Nature Stone is anything but pet friendly (no response).

Well, thanks for the reply.
