Lately it seems like Skye is constantly hungry. I feed her about 3/4 a cup in the morning and the same later in the day. Now it seems around 2p.m. she is crying already to be fed again. And I mean CRYING, it's as if she is going to keel over if she doesn't eat. She hasn't gained any significant amount of weight from her eating habits so I'm not worried I'm over feeding her. My other concern is worms. Could this be a possibility for her constant hunger? Would I be able to see them in her feces as I'm cleaning her litter box?

It could be worms or any number of physical issues. If it's worms, they're most likely tapeworms or roundworms. Tapeworms look like rice, roundworms like spaghetti. With tapeworms you might see them in her feces or around her anus, but maybe not. Roundworms are usually vomited up. I'd get her to the vet and have them do a exam to see what could be going on and they can deworm her if need be. Does she have fleas at all? Tapeworms are caused by fleas.

Are you feeding wet or dry food? How big is your cat? 1-1/2 cups a day sounds like an awful lot, but I only have small cats for a comparison (my biggest one is about 8#).

No fleas. she is really an indoor only kitty. If she is let outside it's on this small balcony she isn't allowed to just roam the complex.

Typically she is eating dry food sometimes in the evening ill mix a half can of the small wet food with a bit of her dry cuz that's her favorite. She is a tabby not very big I'd say around 6-7 lbs.
