Today my dad said "look how funny the cat is walking" and we all looked at our cat, he was just using his front legs, his hind legs were just wobbling back there. But 5-10 seconds later he started to walk normally and even jumped(sort of) to the couch, and then I made him walk around a bit more by chasing him, he seemed to walk fine. My mom said this has happened once more, a while back. So here I am asking you guys what this could be?

thanks in advance for any info

My thought would be to get to the vet as soon as possible. It could be so many different things. He could have diabetes and developed a neuopathy. He may have fallen or landed wrong and injured his spine. This could cause permanent damage if you wait. I'm sorry he is having trouble and I hope it gets better soon.

asap. My daughters cat developed neuropathy due to diabetes. He should get blood work done and have his glucose level checked among other things. This is a warning sign. Please keep us posted.
