TCS members were kind enough to give me a huge selection of Italian and Roman names to choose from for our 6 week old bengal kitten, showcat in the making. Thanks everyone!

I'm creating a poll for this thread so you can vote for the one you feel suits him best. Pic of the kitten below.

His sire is our boy Drinkwater Rome, so I wanted an interesting Italian/Roman name for him.

I have narrowed the name choices down to seven that I like:

Franco
Caesar
Octavius
Giovanni
Tiberius
Vincenzo
Valentino

I am leaning a bit towards Vincenzo, because it means prevailing or conquering. That would be good for shows.

Yo, Vinny, ovah heah!

I like Vincenzo, it sounds noble and strong.

Conquering...I might go with Meridian Caesar Vincenzo.

Oooh I love Tiberius - that's a strong, masculine name, and it can be shortened to Tibs/Tibby or something like that.

Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Valentino

Thanks for all your votes so far!

Looks like Tiberius is the most popular at this point.

Interesting meaning of the name:

Roman praenomen, or given name, meaning "of the Tiber" in Latin. The Tiber is the river that runs through Rome
