The other morning I was at my boyfriend's house with our kitten Gus, and his roommate's girlfriend was also there with her cat Dexter. In the mornings we let the "boys" run around and play together because when they're in the same house as each other they will NOT sleep past about 6:00. I was getting ready to go to work and I heard a loud crash, not thinking anything of it, I kept getting ready for work. About 15 minutes later when I was getting breakfast, I asked the roommate if the boys were in his room because I hadn't seen them in a while. He didn't think they were and out of habit he walked out their front door to see what the weather was like. The night before was great weather for sleeping with the windows open (obviously screened in), and right when the roommate opened the door, Gus came running in, followed by Dexter. Turns out, that loud crash that I heard was the boys pushing the screen off and jumping out!
From what the roommate said, Gus was watching the birds up above and Dexter was laying on the ground, probably making sure Gus didn't run off! They are such trouble makers when they are together!
