I stopped past the shelter this afternoon. Two pieces of bad news.
1. Rascal, the big boy everybody loved and who got adopted a couple of weeks ago, got out and hasn't been found. I went and drove the streets and alleys in the area, but no luck.
2. The little guy I was planning on paying to neuter this month suddenly died last week. The suspicion is panleukopenia, probably exposed before he got to the shelter.
