I've recently been setting up playlists for my MP3 player for when I go for a walk or clean the house. I try to keep the songs upbeat to keep me moving. I'm curious if any of you have playlists set up for similar reasons and what's on them. I'm always looking for new songs to add.
My current one is:

No One - Alicia Keyes
Light on - DAvid Cook
Read My Mind - The Killers
So What - Pink
Send me on My Way - Rusted Root
Big Girls Don't Cry - Fergie
You Get What You Give - New Radicals
SexyBack - Justin Timberlake
Somebody Told Me - The Killers
Love Shack - The B-52's
Follow Through - Gavin DeGraw
Home - Daughtry
Zombie - The Cranberries
Sober - Pink
Roam - The B-52's
Loser - Beck
Major Tom - Peter Schilling
Umbrella - Rihanna
No Woman No Cry - Bob Marley
Lips Like Sugar - Echo and the Bunnymen
Where is the Love - BlackEyed Peas
Feels Like Tonight - Daughtry
American Idiot - Green Day
When you Were Young - The Killers
Love Remains the Same - Gavin Rossdale
She Sells Sanctuary - The Cult
What About Now - Daughtry
Let's Get it Started - BlackEyed Peas
You Want to Make a Memory - BonJovi

I don't have an MP3 player... for some reason I can't really bring myself to buy one.
I always end up buying cds and band merch instead.

On my computer's playlist I currently have a lot of death metal and progressive.

Bloodbath
Hypocrisy
Pain (it works with the Hypocrisy)
Minas Tirith
Funeral
Queensryche
Deadsoul Tribe
Dream Theater
Mullmuzzler
Nemesis/Age of Nemesis
Zero Hour
Kamelot/Conception
In Flames (early albums - only ones really worth listening to)
Solefald/Age of Silence
Charon/Poisonblack
3
Katatonia
Nevermore
Entombed
Bolt Thrower
Asphyx
Dismember
Grave
Cynic
Therion (first two albums)

Death metal makes for good cleaning music.
I pick and choose various parts of the playlist to listen to at a time, and skip around to a different band if I feel like it. Everything is by album or discography due to the fact that listening to stuff out of that format irritates me.

They're not that difficult. If you can use a digital camera (and transfer the pictures to your computer) and use any cellphone made in the last few years, you could figure out any mp3 player.

Another thing stopping me from getting one is that I'd want ogg support (considering that I rip all of my cds to that) and something that wouldn't be too much trouble to use with linux.

The only "play list" I have is classical music for the baby. Usually I just set my player to random and take what comes. If I don'tlike it I'll skip it but I currently have the following artists/albums on my MP3 player...

Violent Femmes
The Doors
The Beatles
Belly Dance Superstars
Alicia Keys
Counting Crows
Beastie Boys
Creedence Clearwater
Taylor Swift
Ani Difranco
Norah Jones
Amy Winehouse
Black Eyed Peas
Macy Gray
Smashing Pumpkins
U2
Dave Matthews
and a few other random singles.

I don't have specific playlists b/c I don't want to have to go through the trouble of switching them in and out when I want to listen to something different. I just download it all onto the same thing. I currently have 135 songs on my iPod. I do have a certain amount of them that I prefer to listen to and will go back to the start of my favorites when I'm at the end, but I still like to listen to the others on occasion so I just leave them all.

I have a lot of Christian music, rock, country, pop, etc. I don't have any death/heavy metal (that's my husband's department) or rap b/c I don't like those two genres, but I have just about everything else.

I just downloaded By Your Side by Tenth Avenue North a couple minutes ago.

Mine is way too long to list. Besides, I wouldn't know how to go about copying and pasting it here from inside Winamp.

I have disco, funk, rap, classical, country, rock, metal, big band, new age symphony, religious, Japanese, Danish, Opera, Movie sountracks, 60's, 50's, some 20's, a ton of 80's.

Basically pretty much all kinds of genres except for Rap!! And probably a few hundred songs, if not more.
