Ughh last week I broke my left side mirror on my car..I ordered a new one online. Seconds after I ordered it, I realized it was the wrong one so I called them to change my order. Today, I got the mirror and they didn't reallly change my order
I feel so silly because the guy on the phone said he took care of it, but I didn't get a receipt with the new order...I feel like I should have emailed rather than calling because now when I am calling them I am afraid that they will say that I have no proof. That's just bad customer service though right? Mistrusting the customer?? That's what I was taught when I was in customer service, to have the attitude that the customer is always right...I hope they believe me and send me the new one without having to pay 3x the shipping I originally would have..UGHHHHH I Am so annoyed!! I thought the issue was dealt with last week
