Wilbur had his 'berries picked' in December of last year.

I just noticed he's been trying all morning to mount poor little tinker who's now fixed.

Doesn't neutering a cat relieve his desire to procreate? What did they do leave a tiny nut behind?

I understand that it won't completely remove his sex drive, but he's VERY serious and VERY persistent. This really surprises me. Thankfully he stopped spraying, but will this go away too?

Maybe, maybe not. Elmo is 9 and he still likes to try it on with my other cats/kittens whether they are desexed/entire or male/female

I do not believe that is true at all. Your cats are far too cute to be doing anything serious like having sex!

LOL!! Elmo is my 9 year old pervert who was neutered at 4 months. He wasn't a breeding cat but he obviousely feels as though he is missing out.

probably not. Chip occasionally attempts this w/Pixel - she 'yells' & hisses @ him & runs away - usually to a spot where she's about as high up as possible.

My Sam (neutered at 5 month) does that to both males and females. I guess some cats are just extra horny!
Sam has never sprayed or anything, he just likes jumping on the other cats.
