My foster kitten, Tess

I've been fostering a feral kitten that I've named Tess. Here is a picture from when I got her a few weeks ago.

That? Is one scared kitten



After much hard work on both our parts, progress is being made. She doesn't yet allow me to pet her, but I am allowed to play with her, and feed her tuna on a spoon. You can see the progress in her face!

Wow! You can really see it on her face! Congrats - she is a cutie!

W W!! Kelly she's really blossoming! Tess is such a gorgeous girl.

You can see her beauty when you first got her, but that look on her pretty little face has softened so much. She's thinking about making that next step...she's thinking about maybe allowing another brick from that facade to fall...but it still take a lot of bravery to do that.

Wow, the difference in her face is AMAZING! It looks so much softer and relaxed, and her general fur condition looks so much better

The orange patch on her right cheek (left side as you look at the pic) is changing too

I remember when Ferris started to take babyfood off a spoon, back when I'd had him for a couple of weeks and he was stil so very feral. It really is amazing to see them start to trust you, once they know they are safe and sound.
