This is my new kitty, Georgia. She came up to my local SPCA from Georgia for an adoption event. I was actually looking for a dog at the time, but she wrapped her evil paws around my heart.
She's my first ever cat (I'm a dog person, truly, but she's winning me over!) and she is hilarious. Aside from attacking invisible monsters and sneaking her way up onto all of my furniture, her favorite past time is picking up a catnip mouse with one claw and throwing it across the room at which point she acts surprised that it moved and chases it!
The first week she was here she howled non-stop and I started to doubt the SPCA's claims that she was already spayed but she's quieted down for the most part and I'm hoping it was anxiety and not her being in heat. She looooves people - when I get home from work she runs to the door, meows a hello, and tries to jump up in my arms. Whenever I have people over she rolls over so they'll rub her belly and then climbs all over them. The only person she refuses to be friends with is my hamster, Patrick Bateman. Poor little guy.
Nice to meet you and all your cats!
